Administrative Manager

Primary Functions:

1) Assist with preparing quarterly updates of strategic plan achievement

2) Assist with preparing action plans required to implement new initiatives

3) Assist with tracking compliance with all COA reporting requirements, including policy review schedules and retention and tracking of document updates.

4) Collaborate with the Director of Operations and other staff to identify operational areas that require improvement; establish measurable goals in each area; implement initiatives achieve operational goals; track and monitor progress on a quarterly basis

5) Oversee compliance with all grant and program reporting requirements, including tracking grant spend down and budgets, collecting information for narratives, and collaborating with Data and Outcomes Manager for data collection and analysis.

6) Assist with policy and procedure maintenance and training for LCFS and Foundation functions.

7) Requesting monthly success stories

8) Perform Administrative functions, including but not limited to the following:

  • Attendance at Board meetings and committee meetings
  • Prepare, distribute, and retain board and committee agendas, minutes, meeting packets, and calendar invites
  • Manage staff logins to platforms

9) Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent oral and communication skills
  • Detail Oriented
  • Proven organizational abilities
  • Above average skills utilizing Microsoft Excel
  • Database management skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Experience in Finance, Administration, or Leadership
  • Skilled in Excel and other MS Office platforms 2
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Working Environment:

  • Able to work hours needed to accomplish assigned tasks, to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
