Indianapolis Legal Aid Society (ILAS) is a collaborative partner for the LCFS INSPIRE program.  

ILAS services include:

•  Providing legal advice, education, and or representation in family law matters including; child support, paternity, custody, parenting time, adoption, guardianship, and divorce.
• Providing legal advice, education, and or representation for housing issues, including landlord/tenant matters.
• Provide legal advice, education, and or representation to clients for reentry issues including expungements and driver’s license reinstatements.
• Provide legal advice, education, and or representation to address financial problems, including but not limited to bankruptcy or credit/collection issues

INSPIRE utilizes a 2 Generation (2Gen) Approach to maximize outcomes for youth and their families; this approach strives to serve the needs of the family as a whole and each of its members.
