Sven Schumacher, LCSW, MSW, MPA is the LCFS Executive Director and also serves as the CEO of the Foundation for Lutheran Child and Family Services.

Amanda Hodge, CFO & Director of Operations
Amanda Hodge holds an MBA and is the CFO for both LCFS and the Foundation for LCFS. Amanda oversees all Administrative, Finance, HR, Information Technology, and Operations.

Barbara Walters, RN holds an MBA and is responsible for Strategic Initiatives and New Program Implementation, Accreditation, Grant Compliance and Outcome Reporting, Communications, and Development Activities.

Mark Gaddis coordinates all facility repairs and maintenance needs for the LCFS main campus and the Sharing Place Food Pantry.
