Residential programs are our programs that focus on youth under 21 years old. All of these programs are run through our managed service agreement with Community Health Network. All staff hired through the MSA agreement are Community Health Network employees.

Lutherwood Residential Treatment Services
Lutherwood is a secure residential treatment facility for youth aged 12-17 who may have experienced abuse and/or neglect and exhibit behavioral health issues. Youth residing at Lutherwood continue their education through the Impact Academy II, an accredited school operated in collaboration with Indianapolis Public Schools (IPS). Impact Academy II provides a comprehensive on-site curriculum including a full-day of academics, credit recovery options, and in-school behavioral supports.

IMPACT
IMPACT is a specialized program within Lutherwood and a collaboration between LCFS, Ascent 121, and Community Health Network. Impact provides comprehensive care and intensive therapeutic services for youth with a history of commercial sexual exploitation and/or human trafficking.

Emergency Shelter Care
Emergency Shelter Care provides 24-hour a day short-term care for female adolescents, aged 12-17, who need safe, temporary shelter and support.

Serenity House (StopGap) & Trinity House
Serenity House (StopGap) and Trinity House are Independent Living Group Homes for females with a history of commercial sexual exploitation and/or human trafficking. Both group homes focus on teaching and enhancing independent living skills and fostering resilience.
Lutheran Child and Family Services follows a Wellness Policy for our Lutherwood, Serenity, IMPACT, and Emergency Shelter Care programs.
