  • The Housing Coordinator provides operational leadership for LCFS’s 30-unit Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) program. This role oversees program operations, ensures compliance with HUD, Continuum of Care (CoC), and Housing First standards, and supports a trauma-informed, culturally responsive housing environment.

    The Housing Coordinator supervises housing staff, supports resident engagement and services, manages partnerships, and ensures the program operates effectively, compliantly, and in alignment with LCFS’s mission.

    This role is ideal for a housing professional who can balance program oversight, staff leadership, compliance accountability, and resident-centered care.

  • The LCFS Home Based Life Skills Clinicians are responsible for monitoring and providing mental health education/training services to youth with severe emotional disturbances and their families referred to LCFS through the Indiana Department of Child Services and may work with adult clients as part of the adult treatment team.

    The LCFS Home Based team provides services concentrating on the East side of Marion County, Hamilton County, Hancock County & Shelby County.

  • LCFS is seeking a licensed Home Based Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) to provide therapy to children and families in their homes, schools, and communities.

    This is an opportunity to do meaningful clinical work while building strong relationships with the families you serve. You'll have the independence of working in the community along with the support of a collaborative clinical team.

  • Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday Evenings

    The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in maintaining safe, reliable, and well-functioning facilities for staff and residents. This role focuses on preventive maintenance, repair, safety checks, and emergency response, including mandatory on-call coverage.

    This position is a great fit for someone who is hands-on, safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a mission-driven environment. With a regular Wednesday through Sunday evening schedule, it’s also an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a second job or extra income outside traditional Monday–Friday hours.

  • LCFS is hiring two Part-Time Maintenance Technicians to provide evening and weekend maintenance coverage for our facilities.

    These positions play an important role in keeping our facilities safe, reliable, and well maintained for staff and residents. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, repairs, safety checks, and responding to maintenance needs as they arise, including required on-call coverage.

    We’re looking for individuals who are hands-on, safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a mission-driven environment. With hours focused on evenings and weekends, these positions are a great fit for someone looking for a second job, supplemental income, or a part-time schedule outside traditional Monday–Friday work hours.

  • Lutheran Child and Family Services of Indiana/Kentucky (LCFS) is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Housing Specialist to join our Pando Program.

    In this role, you'll help individuals experiencing homelessness navigate the path to stable housing. You'll coordinate referrals, support housing placements and move-ins, maintain accurate records, and work closely with community partners to keep the housing process moving forward.
