  • Lutheran Child & Family Services is searching for a non-exempt full-time Data & Outcomes Coordinator, responsible for ensuring that all client data is tracked and recorded as required by funders, and for preparing and submitting data and analytic reports as required. In addition, this position will be responsible for overall management and utilization of the donor database. The Data & Outcomes Coordinator will directly supervise the Data Analyst Intern as well as supervise the work done by clerical and program staff related to both the Client Services and Fundraising databases.

    Applicants must be self-directed. The Data & Outcomes Coordinator will work from our Administrative Office at 1525 N. Ritter Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46219. There is also the opportunity for some remote/work from home . The pay rate for this position is $21/hour - $26/hour, based on experience.

  • Lutheran Child & Family Services is searching for a exempt full-time Sharing Place Coordinator. The Sharing Place Coordinator is responsible for running the day-to-day operations of The Sharing Place Food Pantry located in the MSD of Lawrence Township Education and Community Center at 6501 Sunnyside Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46236. The majority of the Sharing Place labor force is made up of volunteers.

    Applicants must be able to work varied hours to meet client needs with minimal supervision. The pay rate: $36,000/year - $39,000/year

  • Lutheran Child & Family Services is searching for a non-exempt part-time Sharing Place Associate. The Sharing Place Associate will support the Sharing Place Coordinator with the daily operations of The Sharing Place Food Panty to include coordinating volunteer schedules, data collection and reporting. Additionally, the Sharing Place Associate will lead other programmatic give-away opportunities, including, but not limited to: TEDD (The Emergency Diaper Dispensary, Thanksgiving Bag Give-A-Way & Christmas Store.

    The Sharing Place Food Pantry is located in the MSD of Lawrence Township Education and Community Center at 6501 Sunnyside Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46236. The majority of the Sharing Place labor force is made up of volunteers.

    The Sharing Place Associate must be available to work Tuesday evenings (3pm-8pm) & the 2nd Saturday of each month (8am-2pm) and must be able to lift 50 pounds. This role involves Walking, Lifting, Moving Food, Pushing Carts, Unloading, Stocking, Standing for long periods of time

    The pay range is: $15.50/hour - $17.50/hours. Thiis is a part-time position, not to to exceed 25 hours per week.

  • Lutheran Child & Family is seeking a full-time member of our Development Team! The Volunteer and Events Coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing Foundation and LCFS events and volunteer days of service, promoting community engagement, developing marketing approaches and strategies to share the LCFS story with the community using photos, video, and text communications; conducting volunteer recruitment, updating the volunteer database, and maintaining relationships with churches, vendors, donors, and volunteers

    Applicants must be able to work flexible hours with minimal supervision; this role is a hybrid position with some work done virtually, some at off-site events, and some requirements to work on site at our main campus, 1525 N. Ritter Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46219. The pay range is $17.50 per hour to $19.50 depending on work experience and includes a full benefit package.

  • Lutheran Child & Family is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other facility maintenance and repair tasks.

    The work week is Tuesday to Saturday and hours are from 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm. There is an on call rotation one week out of the month and the rate of pay starts from $17.00 per hour to $21.00 depending on work experience.

    We require a full local and federal back ground check. If you have any Felonies or more than 3 Misdemeanors you would not qualify for this position. We are located on the east side of Indianapolis have full benefits, paid time off, 401k with 6% company match and great insurance.

  • The Pando Peer Support Specialist, working under the direction of the LCFS Client Engagement and Community Programs Manager, will be responsible for supporting, guiding, and mentoring Pando tenants as a peer with lived experience and assisting the services team to provide an array of supportive services to enhance Pando supportive services client outcomes.
