Lutheran Child and Family Services (LCFS) is seeking an enthusiastic Volunteer & Events Coordinator to join our team and make a meaningful impact!

  • The Talent & Hiring Specialist is a full-time, professional-level role responsible for leading recruitment and contributing to broader Human Resources functions across the organization. This position operates as an individual contributor with manager-level responsibility, requiring independent judgment, cross-functional collaboration, and ownership of key HR processes.

  • The Support Services Specialist provides comprehensive, client-centered support by coordinating housing services, delivering case management, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance. This role is responsible for promoting stability, independence, and overall well-being through consistent client engagement, resource navigation, and collaboration with internal teams and community partners.

  • The Community Outreach Specialist will be responsible for implementing strategies to engage clients, promoting the INSPIRE & IIY programs in the community, event coordination, and communications. Additionally, the Community Outreach Specialist will work collaboratively with Family Success Coaches to organize workshops and/or training opportunities to promote client engagement and success. This role will be responsible for writing client and community partner-facing newsletters and providing coverage at our IIY after-school sites when Site Leads are not available to be at work.

  • The LCFS Home Based Life Skills Clinicians are responsible for monitoring and providing mental health education/training services to youth with severe emotional disturbances and their families referred to LCFS through the Indiana Department of Child Services and may work with adult clients as part of the adult treatment team.

    The LCFS Home Based team provides services concentrating on the East side of Marion County, Hamilton County, Hancock County & Shelby County.
