  • Are you a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician looking to join a dynamic team? We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Maintenance Technician at Lutheran Child and Family Services.     • Sign-On Bonus: $3,000

  • The Housing Specialist supports the daily housing operations of the Pando Program, with a focus on housing placement coordination, eligibility vetting, data management, and compliance.

    Working closely with the Housing Coordinator, Coordinated Entry System (CES), property management, and community partners, this role ensures participants experiencing homelessness are efficiently connected to housing while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with HUD and Continuum of Care (CoC) requirements.

    This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, and passionate about housing stability.
