Community Health Network

Community Health Network (CHNw) is one of the largest hospital networks in the State of Indiana, providing a full array of health care options; in addition to highly respected medical care delivered through multiple hospitals and healthcare practioners, CHNw is e a premier provider of behavioral health care services in Central Indiana. In 2013, LCFS and CHNw initiated a new collaboration under a Management Services Agreement (MSA).  Several LCFS programs are currently operated and managed through this collaborative initiative, including Lutherwood Residential Treatment Facility, Emergency Shelter Care, Trinity House Independent Living Group Home, StopGap Emergency Shelter Group Home, and Therapeutic Home-based services. 

CHNw is also a collaborative partners for LCFS' INSPIRE (Identify Needs, Support Potential, Increase Resiliency & Empowerment) program, providing behavioral health care and care coordination services that promote expansion of social capital and opportunities to enhance education, employment, and health outcomes for program clients. INSPIRE utilizes a 2 Generation (2Gen) Approach to maximize outcomes for youth and their families, striving to serve the needs of the family as a whole and each of its members.
