Community Alliance of the Far Eastide (CAFE)  is a collaborative partner for the LCFS INSPIRE (Identify Needs, Support Potential, Increase Resiliency & Empowerment) program. 

CAFE works collaboratively with LCFS to serve clients of the INSPIRE as well as assisting LCFS by providing clients access to other appropriate services currently available through their existing programs.   CAFE services include:

• Providing job Coaching/skill development services to enhance adult care-giver career opportunities (may include assistance with resume preparation/job applications, etc.)
• Offering Career Coaching and assistance with financial aid applications for adult caregivers
• Provide case management and direct basic needs assistance to clients
• Facilitating connections to community resources and opportunities that promote increased social capital for the family and its individual members

INSPIRE utilizes a 2 Generation (2Gen) Approach to maximize outcomes for youth and their families; this approach strives to serve the needs of the family as a whole and each of its members.
